At OboraLux, our mission is to "bring to light" extraordinary creators from around the world by showcasing their cultures, talents and creations. In so doing we aim to expand awareness while at the same time increasing much-needed income for the mostly women and the families they support.
In order to achieve our mission we feel it is important to have a personal relationship with the creators in our community. It takes time to develop these relationships but it is only through these relationships that we can properly share their world with you.
Our vision is global and we plan to eventually add to our community makers from all regions of the world. But for now, we have chosen to start with Uganda in East Africa because this is where our relationships with local creators are strongest.
It is our pleasure to introduce our community of makers from Uganda. We hope you will enjoy getting to know them.
